Our recent experience with Goliath Homeworld was most satisfactory from start to finish.
Ours was a replacement conservatory so we knew exactly what we wanted. A telephone call to Goliath led to Mr Hancox visiting to review, provide details and examples of Goliath Conservatory products, and provide an estimate. A visit to the Hawkes Green showroom where all details were further explored; then mutual agreement, detailed survey, drawings, and written contract followed.
The work was carried out without problem; within the 2 days estimated the old conservatory was removed and the replacement completed. The site was left clean with all debris removed.
Following installation Mr Hancox arranged a follow-up visit to review the installation for himself and seek our own feedback. There was a minor problem, there always is, but that was resolved speedily and without fuss.
The replacement conservatory is superb in every way; although the same in design as the original, the Goliath Homeworld product is far superior.
For us the whole exercise was conducted in a highly professional manner and Goliath Homeworld deserve full marks.
