The sheer practicality of sliding doors makes them a fabulous addition to any home. Open them just as wide as you want and all without disturbing your furniture or curtains. Inline sliding doors can have 2, 3 or 4 panes and it’s up to you which panes are fixed and which ones slide. We don’t manufacture patio doors here at B&W, however every door we buy in is fitted using purpose made tracks and rollers, so the opening pane glides easily. When closed, our sliding doors are secured with multiple hook locks and have anti-jacking technology to prevent panes being levered from their tracks.
With a large expanse of glass, it’s important to ensure thermal efficiency. Our sliding door frames are multi-chambered and supplied with energy-efficient double-glazing. Low profile gaskets keep the rain outside and effective wool-pile seals prevent draughts.
